Dragline loader

Dragline loader belong to the oldest equipment used for loading and transporting ore in mining especially in mining ore and salt. The first chargers are a large stationary devices designed to operate in large chamber excavations. In this excavations used the scraper for transporting ore from the ancestor to the exit of the chamber where it was loaded into cars. With the development of mechanization and the emergence of new machines dragline loaders were used only occasionally. In the fifties thanks to significant structural changes the loaders again gained popularity and have been used successfully in coal mining, first in France and then in the other countries.

Dragline loader is a very simple device that allows a variety of mining conditions, depending on its type for loading ore on the conveyor or into the cars. Features which decided to the significant popularity of this type of loaders are:

- simplicity of structural

- versatility (they were used even at inclinations about 40 C)

- reliability of work

- very low cost of buying and exploitation
