Loading-delivery vehicles

These vehicles are designed for full mechanization of loading, transport and unloading of excavated material. They are also suitable for mechanization of many auxiliary works.


Parameters:

- Bucket capacity ranges from 0.3 - 10.5 m ^ 3

- Loading capacity from 0.6 - 17 t

- Driving speed from a few to several tens of km / h

- Drive: combustion - hydraulic or electro – hydraulic engine with power from several dozen to several hundred kW.

Driver's cab may be disposed in the actuating member or the drive member, and the position of the operator may be front or side towards direction of the ride.

MICROSCOOP

The smallest loading-delivery vehicle is microscoop performed by Equipment Company Miner with electro-hydraulic drive. Microscoop capacity is 0.3 m ^ 3, the load capacity 0.6 t, the shear force on the edge of the bucket 32 kN. The vehicle consists of two parts, working and driving, connected joint. Each of the members has their own axle rests on two rubber-tyred wheels 7.00X15R. A front, working platform is equipped with a boom with a bucket, rod lever and hydraulic cylinders for lifting, lowering and tilting the bucket during emptying. The rear section, which is a tractor, have powertrain consisting of a cage asynchronous electric motor of 22 kW and 1450 rev / min, the pump and the hydraulic motor and two-speed gearbox fully reversible, which provides the same drive the vehicle forward and backward. The electric motor is powered lengths up to 80 m cable. The supply voltage is 380 or 525 V. The vehicle in first gear drive reaches speeds of 4.3, and the second 9 km / h. Tasks brake meets the hydrostatic drive and the emergency brake (and parking) is a hydraulic multi-disc brake acting on the rear axle of the vehicle.


LF-4.1 (S) MAN-GHH

Used in coal mines. Loading capacity - 3.8 t in the standard capacity of 2 m ^ 3, except that in order to use the set Bucket capacity can be increased, if the bulk density of the ore is reduced. The shear force on the edge of is 112 kN. Loading time is estimated to 20 s, unloading for 10 s. Kerb weight with filled tank is 12.4 t. All devices are made with explosion-proof system (S). Cab is located in the working part of the vehicle. The operator occupies a position transverse to the driving direction. Suitable shape of the tractor on the side of the cab prevents wedging operator during a full turn of the vehicle. The vehicle is powered by a 6-cylinder diesel combustion engine MWM D-916-6 with pre-combustion chamber, cooled water. Engine power is 69 kW at 2500 rev / min, maximum torque at 1500 rev / min and 318 Nm. Alternatively, the vehicle can be equipped with engine with a power of 75 kW. The motor is coupled to single torque converter C-272 Clark Drive for auxiliary hydraulic steering of the vehicle and working bodies. The torque with the gear shaft is transmitted by jointed shaft and reinforced construction for a four fully reversible gearbox type 28421 Clark. Transmission is hydraulically switchable under full load, and attained speeds in individual gears are: 1 - 3.4; 2 - 6.9; 3 - 11.5; 4 - 19.3 km / h. With 2-exits gearbox torque is transmitted Cardan drive shaft and detachable clutch to the axle of the tractor and a telescopic shaft reinforced axle to the working unit of the vehicle. Axle of the tractor is swinging bearing in sliding bearings. Axle consist of a main gearbox, differential and axle shaft gear which main task is transfer power from the drive shaft to the drive shafts and the reduction ratio of the speed of the shaft in order to increase the driving force to the wheels. Main transmissions are hypoid. The wheels of the vehicle have built planetary final drives, allowing to obtain high ratio. All wheels are equipped in disc brakes with pneumo-hydraulic drive. The second emergency brake is a brake with spring drive. The tires have a dimension 12.00 – 24R. Hydraulic pomp type Vickers with capacity of 55 l / min at an engine speed 1510 rev / min and a pressure of 10.5 MPa working fluid powers the double-acting hydraulic cylinders with piston having a diameter of 150 mm, the piston rod - 75 mm and a length of 390 mm stroke. Rotary vane pump with a capacity of 19 l / min and a pressure of 14 MPa supplies hydraulic cylinders working body of the vehicle with a diameter of 180 mm piston, piston rod - 90 mm and a stroke length of 560 and 810 mm. Tank capacity is: Fuel 150 dm ^ 3, the hydraulic fluid 95 dm ^ 3 and 230 dm ^ 3 water.
